| The Quality Institute department of the Health Research & Educational Trust seeks individual for six months to provide routine and complex administrative support our Director Clinical Quality & Program Development/Lead Nurse Planner. Individual will prepare and complete CME, ACHE, CLE, LNHA/CALA, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy and CPA applications for continuing education credits; create and maintain continuing education verification log for all education credits/programs; Issues certificates to program attendees. Providing support to other department members, will assist with program announcements and registrations as requested, utilizing the iMIS database. Position requires previous office experience especially typing, filing and general office skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office required, familiarity with membership databases a plus. Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills along with the ability to prioritize preferred. Individual should be self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision. |
