Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant Critical Care

Geisinger Holy Spirit, located in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our skilled team of critical care providers, practicing state-of-the-art medicine with support from its excellent physicians and nursing staff. Enjoy working 2-3 days/week (roughly 7 shifts/month) with no call! Experience with procedures is preferred, including bronchoscopies and central line placements. Practicing Critical Care Medicine at Geisinger offers advanced practitioners the opportunity to advance their careers while also making a huge impact; not only in the lives of our patients, but the nation as a whole. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: The successful Physician Assistant candidate will work under the responsibility and supervision of the physician and require completion of an ARC-PA (or predecessor organization) approved physician assistant program, current NCCPA certification or eligibility and Pennsylvania State licensure.
The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will work in collaboration with the physician and have a certificate of completion from an approved Acute Care program for Nurse Practitioners or be eligible to hold national certification that allows the NP to work with the patient populations and location settings associated with this position. Must be eligible for licensure as a nurse practitioner in the state of PA.
