Arbour Hospital is a 136-bed private psychiatric facility located in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood. The hospital specializes in adult mental health treatment, adolescent and dual diagnosis services. Other services include partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and outpatient treatment.

24-Hour Evaluations, Triage, and Admissions
Inpatient Treatment for Adolescents and Adults
The Quincy Center Inpatient Psychiatric Unit for Adults
Partial Hospitalization for Adults
Dual Diagnosis Services for Adolescents and Adults
Inpatient and Outpatient ECT Services.
Outpatient Services

Arbour Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Utility/Dishwasher. The Utility/Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning of all pots, pans, utensils, and any service wares used to serve beverages and food.  This includes but not limited to patient service on floors, staff and patients who eat in the café, and any catered functions.

This is a full-time, 40 hrs per week, benefit eligible position

Main responsibilities:

1. Escort any vendors in and out from the loading dock
2. Put all orders away as directed
3. Food deliveries to units
4. Turn on dish machine and keep record temperature
5. Clean, wash and sanitize pots or pans
6. Answer the phone and relay messages to the appropriate person
7. Cleaning at all times to keep up with health standards.Check any daily/weekly cleaning that needs to be completed in the kitchen (according to cleaning schedules)
8. Remove trash/boxes and deposit into dumpster
9. Various other tasks throughout the day and as needed
